Wild and Crazy Babes Do New Years Eve

If you thought this was going to be a post about BABES being wild and crazy on New Years Eve, you're absolutely right.

Just not the babes you might have seen on Wild and Crazy Babes Do Spring Break. (And you're a real pervert if you thought that or ever seen that.)

Come on man. There are kids present.

After filling out our resolutions, we popped balloons filled with activities to help us enjoy time together as a family one last time in 2017.

It was pretty crazy to see just how much each of them have grown just since October.
My babies aren't tiny anymore. :(

I would like to point out, I won Spot It, AGAIN!

We got to do this with our neighbors which was a good time.
They offered us lively spirits, but we stuck to s'mores instead.

Look out, I am winning. Again.

Yep, I won.

Question: When you play hide & seek, isn't there a home base?
Or am I just crazy?

Daddy threw in the Skittle game for fun too.

Afton won by a landslide.

Jocelyn couldn't make it. I think Jack is almost out. Afton might hang on. But I myself am ready to pass out, after I finish this post of course.

My Goal

It's simple.

This year I will focus on hugs, not ughs.

I will hug each of my babes more each day. They will feel of my love for them. They will feel safe in my arms. They will know that they can come to me for anything and everything. They will want to talk to me because they will know I will listen - that I will be able to comfort and guide with patience and love.

When I focus on "Not ughs," it means I will be present of their needs. I will teach them to be positive and not bothered by the needs of others, but willing to be unselfish in all things. I will be willing to go above and beyond to help my babes, while encouraging them to be independent, compassionate, Christlike leaders.

In turn, they may see the importance, as well, of giving hugs.

So like I said, it's simple.

Hugs, not ughs.
