Ok so WOW. I started this post FOREVER AGO. How did I not finish it? No idea, but maybe 3 kids, life, chores, 3 kids, cooking, school, 3 kids, etc. :) But anyway, it was a fun time and there are lots of great pictures that I want my children to look back through one day - when I convert this blog into a book (Man I am a slacker) - and remember the fun we had. I am not going to go through and comment on all the pictures because I just want this posted. Some things were commented on from earlier, but it's not all there. I already admitted I was a slacker, so you understand my laziness. But hopefully, they can remember the stories behind the pictures. Fingers crossed.
My first rhino ride!
Beautiful bums and I guess the scenery isn't too bad either.
"This is my road." I wish he had said, "YOU SHALL NOT PASS!"
He got really good with his bow and arrow skills. (Use Napoleon Dynamite voice.)
Then he found something more powerful.
He was taught NOT to aim at these!
Jack saw a squirrel or chipmunk. Whatever it was, I told him he could keep it if he could catch it. Boy followed it for 5 minutes and then when it took off up a tree out of sight, Jack went nuts. Screaming, tears flowing, wailing, "MY squirrel. Now I will never get to bring him home." My poor sweet boy.

What is more dirty?
Our hair, our faces, our clothes, or the fact that Afton is literally picking her nose?
I know without a doubt that she ate what found.
Little dirty girl!
Yeah, this is REAL safe.
Our living quarters. I felt SO BAD!. We got to stay in the house while our friends, the owners of the cabin, slept outside in a tent with their family. They would NOT budge about this, and I was so upset. Had I known these were the sleeping arrangements before hand, I would not have gone unless they agreed that we were in the tent, NOT living it up in the warm, safe cabin, with actual mattresses. Argh. "You guys have a baby!" was their rationale. Sweet little stinkers!
Last RHINO ride before we head home!
Snapped this right before we left!
It was my favorite picture of the trip, and there were LOTS to choose from!
Huge traffic delays so we stayed the night in Mesquite. The babies loved it.
FUN Trip!
