Daily

She begs for science daily.

"I want it to be the summer of science even when it's winter time too."

"Dis is better than learning my letters."

"Vinegar stinks like butt momma, but I'm still lovin' it."

"Squirts and sizzles."

"You's have to use all your muscles."

"All done. Let's do it again."

Accept the Job

The PTA President (my friend) texted me to see if I could help with an event - the Blitz event for babes who sold at least 12 items for the fundraiser. Get it... 12.

I said yes. Wholeheartedly.

I also volunteered to do signs, decor, and treats. Because of course, I wanted to make signs, like I used to all the time.

I should have bought Skittles as treats, even though Marshawn is gone. Ugh. Freaking Marshawn.

I was glad I could accept the job so I could be there with my babes, and Blitz of course.

M is for Mom Guilt

Mom guilt is real.
We've been snuggling, looking through our old Chatbooks from when Afton and Jack were both little like this babe right here.

Fortunately, she's never said anything to me about all the fun activities she sees in pictures that her siblings got to do. But, I freaking think it. I'm the worst. This poor babe has missed out on so much because I've been carting her around to school drop-off, pick-up, Costco, errands, the gym, etc.
#thirdchildproblems

So to help with my mom guilt, but more just to have some fun time with my little babe, we focused on letter M... which was homework from her preschool teacher.

We made Mmmmmmmoon Sand.

We Mmmmmmeasured it.

We Mmmmmmushed it.

We Mmmmmmixed it.

We Mmmmmmmmolded it.

We Mmmmmmmmmade Mmmmmmesses.

(Notice the outfit change - mess indeed)
We watched a show about the Mmmmmmmmoooon.

But most of all,
we Mmmmmmmmmade Mmmmmmemories.
Fun time with my cute little babe.

Mmmmmman, I'm lucky to be her Mmmmom.

Bidders Are Winners

Jack had an auction at school today.

Brought in some old stuff from his room to donate.

He was so stoked to spend his tickets on things he wanted.

He didn't have as many tickets as some of his other classmates had, mainly because he didn't keep track of them. Organization is not his best quality.

He even bought some of the stuff he had actually donated.

I asked him what in the world was he doing buying something that he already owned and decided to donate in the first place.

"I bought it so I could make sure my friend could have it. He didn't earn a lot of tickets and he's my friend. I just wanted to make him happy."

It was the best auction I've ever been to in my life. Being an awesome freaking human is his best quality.
